Phase 1
Discovery

We take the time to understand your goals, budget and vision to ensure we are the right fit for your project.

Initial contact

Get in touch by phone or email. Ryan personally takes the time to understand your project, your ideas, and what you are hoping to achieve.

Project questionnaire

Complete our simple online questionnaire so we can better understand your project scope, budget, timeframe and vision.

Discovery call

We discuss your goals in more detail, answer your questions, and determine whether we are the right fit for your renovation or new build.

Phase 2
Planning and design

We work closely with you and your design team to develop a clear project scope and plan.

Onsite consultation

Ryan visits your property to assess the space, explore possibilities, and begin shaping the direction of your project.

Design and planning coordination

We work closely with you, your architect or designer, and consultants to refine plans and ensure every detail is aligned before construction.

Scope development

We develop a clear scope of works, project strategy and build approach tailored specifically to your home and goals.

Phase 3
Pricing and next steps

You will receive a comprehensive quotation and project roadmap with complete transparency.

Detailed quotation

We prepare a transparent quotation with clearly outlined inclusions, allowances and specifications.

Project timeline

You will receive a clear understanding of expected build sequencing, timelines and next steps before construction begins.

Proposal presentation

We walk you through your quotation in person, explain every detail clearly, and answer any questions so you can move forward with confidence.

Phase 4
Construction and ongoing communication

Ryan remains closely involved from first day on site through to handover and beyond.

Construction begins

Ryan remains closely involved throughout the build, overseeing trades, maintaining quality workmanship, and ensuring your project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Clear communication throughout

You will receive regular updates and direct communication throughout the project, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.

Handover and ongoing support

We complete a final walkthrough, address any remaining items, and ensure every detail meets our standards before handover. Even after completion, we remain available for ongoing support and peace of mind.

Tell us about your project

Once you get in contact with our team we will ask you to complete an online form which helps us understand your project goals, budget, timeframe, inspiration and overall vision of your project. We organise a phone call – Ryan personally calls you to discuss your project in detail, answer questions, explore ideas and determine the best next steps for your renovation or build.and ensure it aligns with our expertise, values and service area so we can deliver the best possible experience and outcome.

Initial Site meeting

We meet onsite to review your home, discuss ideas, explore possibilities, assess challenges and begin shaping the scope, vision and strategy for your project.
After the meeting, we provide detailed notes, recommendations and the next steps required to move your project into the planning and design phase.
We collaborate closely with you and your architect/designer to refine layouts, selections, functionality and construction details before pricing begins.

Scope & quote

Our team prepares a detailed Buildxact estimate, scope of works and indicative construction timeline tailored specifically to your project.
We present your proposal in person, walking you through the pricing, scope, timeline and recommendations to ensure complete clarity and confidence moving forward.

Planning & approvals

We handle the paperwork From council approvals to engineering sign-offs, we manage the documentation process so you don’t have to. Tara coordinates all scheduling, compliance, and pre-build administration, keeping everything on track before a single nail is driven.

The build

Ryan is on site, every step of the way. We’re not a company that quotes and disappears. Ryan is hands-on throughout the entire build,  managing trades, maintaining quality standards, and keeping you updated at every stage. You’ll always know where your project is at.

Communication

You’re never left in the dark. Regular updates, honest conversations, and a direct line to Ryan throughout. If something changes, material delays, weather, unexpected site conditions, you hear it from us first, with a clear plan to address it.

Handover & beyond

We’re not done until you’re happy Final walkthrough, defects rectified, and a thorough handover. We don’t consider a job finished until every detail is right. And we’re still contactable after handover — because the relationships we build with clients matter as much as the homes we build for them.
